2020 has been different to say the least. We first collaborated in 2018, then with times the way they were made a concerted effort and found a way to record via file sharing in 2020.

COLLABORATIONS in itself is a long form (37 minute) instrumental recording, with different Portals and Segues bridging one recording
to another creating a seamless journey for the listener.

Due to file size, we present COLLABORATIONS on BandCamp in two ways. As album sides A & B and as individual songs for ease of navigation and airplay.

On the CD offered, you will find the original recording and mix presented in its' original intent.

Grant Calvin Weston - Drums Ralph Diekemper - Keyboards

Weston has recorded and toured with Ornette Coleman, John Medeski, Vernon Reid among others, performed on soundtracks including Get Shorty and is world renowned as a session and concert artist, bringing fierce and subtle grooves and feeling to his music.

Diekemper has numerous recordings of original compositions and improvisations and has received airplay in most formats.

Recording as a solo artist or with ensembles, the music is best described as cinematic soundtrack while fusing elements of chill, jazz, classical, rock, prog in acoustic and electronic.
